    In my welcoming weekly classes, you'll discover gentle yet powerful mindful movements that nurture your body's natural energy flow, fostering heart-brain coherence and cultivating the Qi that is your vital life force.

    Mindful Movement is a practice that focuses on the 6 phases of Energy Flow that when followed, grounds you with a sense of peaceful vitality.

    Whether you're completely new to Mindful Movement or simply curious, my group sessions blend traditional wisdom with modern understanding in a warm, light-hearted atmosphere.
